ABC Engagement Across the Course

Affective Through the duration of the EDCI 633 course, I have been liberated as a leader. I realize that I don't have to depend on my own strengths and abilities as a leader. My task is to get to know the team and their strengths and then make space for everyone to use their experiences and expertise to accomplish the common goal. Behavioral The greatest change in behavior is me taking more action as a leader. In order to make meaningful changes for my students, I have to get involved and find ways to partner with policymakers. Attending school board meetings regularly will help me know what is happening on district, state, and national levels. Cognitive Leaders are readers.
